In your view, what are the mandatory components for a "full english breakfast"?

Not a Brit, just a curious Canadian.
I've been told that some parts of a full english are widely viewed as "optional" like fried bread and white pudding.
In your viewpoint/family/part of Britain, what are the defining ingredients of a full english? In other words, what ingredients, if omitted, render the dish no longer a true "full english"?
Does it have to be Heinz Beanz? Does the egg have to be fried? Can the bacon be "streaky"?
