Whales are big because they can feed themselves easily by filter feeding in our rich marine ecosystem, in the filter feeding lifestyle size is advantageous, they also don’t have to worry much about gravity which allows their bodies to be much larger than life on land. The blue world is the largest animal to have ever lived as far as we know. They are MUCH heavier than even the largest sauropods ever were.
