I'm going to be the pedantic a-hole. He didn't claim that aliens exist. He claimed that he saw documents that said aliens exist and spoke to individuals that supported this.
None of which takes away from the gravity of his testimony or yesterday's hearing.
Biologics are essentially bioengineered androids of whatever species.. thibk of Borgs kinda.. for example some people claim that in some Mantis abductions, the mantis aliens are usually in control, have a calming energy, and the little "greys" are kind of a one-track minded worker bee that does a lot of field stuff or have a specific duty.
It gets deeper when you read claims about how the woo ties into all this ... others claim that sentient beings are essentially uploading their minds into 'biologics' maybe to withstand the physics of our universe or earth's atmosphere

He did not claim to see documentaries... He interviewed over 40 sources with first hand knowledge and experiences. Don't spread your ignorance. The dude was the head of the AARO (All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office) if anyone is in the know it's him and he's on record claiming as fact that we have recovered multiple craft as well as biologicals.
Documents not documentaries. I also said that he spoke to individuals. He made it clear that he himself did not have first hand experience with any non-human biologics.
So if you were on Jury duty and someone makes a claim under oath you're going to say that's pretty compelling correct? I can think of a number of high up people that had the credentials that lied under oath.

Witness testimony is the weakest form of evidence and has been showed time and time again to be wildly untrustworthy. It's not proof of anything unless corroborated with physical evidence. Which none of these 40+ people can provide.
Aaaannnd yet people are still convicted with witness testimony every day. If it's good enough for justice (while not perfect) why is this any different?

People are putting a lot of wait on this oath thing, but how likely is perjury to result in any conviction here?
1) My understanding is that perjury is rarely prosecuted in the first place.
2) The government would presumably have to prove things like 'non-human biologics were not recovered from crash sites'. How exactly would they go about that, and would they be willing to?
What did he actually say? I can comfortably say under penalty of perjury that my parents told me Santa Clause was real, and I’m not perjuring myself, but that doesn’t mean it’s true.
He said he had a list of 40 direct witness and people working on theses recovery program + photographic proof that he can handle to to the congressmen in a scif (close audition with clearance).
He presented these proofs and name to the general inspector of intelligence who found them credible.

You just can not show pictures and adresses ina public hearing, or he would go to jail or probably get killed. He gave the congress locations, names of generals and dates in private.

For your knowledge, the location referenced is a SCIF, or sensitive compartmented information facility. This is a facility specifically accredited to allow for the discussion and processing of SCI-classified information.
SCIF’s do not need to be faraday cages to be accredited. Many SCIF’s reside in seemingly regular office buildings. Plenty of sensors are allowed within SCIF’s, from health and safety sensors in the ceiling to (properly classified) VTC suites and computer networks.
Sorry but it's all nonsense until we get hard proof. I can't suspend disbelief that superior advanced beings somehow got captured by us. That's like a human somehow getting captured by a sloth and that's not even a fair comparison.
Yeah I mean if it happened then I have to assume the alien died somehow. Maybe simple error (didn’t know how to pilot very well) or machine failure (even if a machine is far advanced to ours, the laws of physics still would likely apply so some part or parts of the machine are prone to failure without the proper maintenance.

Pictures are way too easy to fake honestly. How about just 1 tiny piece of physical evidence? A scrap of material from a craft, a single cell from a lifeform.. Anything? It's all talk like usual. Trust me bro bullshit.
