I'll agree, but it's also that getting more omega 3 can raise motivation and cognition in depressed individuals, so I always obey a fish craving I can. You'd have to eat a lot of it to get mercury issues. Or a lot of swordfish. . . . God, I want some swordfish.

A swordfish steak, grilled, by someone with experience. There wasn't much in the way of adornment (salt and pepper, perhaps butter was involved). It was years ago in the company of friends on a rooftop at sunset. That certainly helped, but seriously it was one of the best things I've ever had. I will probably just google Swordfish for my city at some point, and get serious sticker shock.
