I went to Seattle purposefully to see humpbacks, my favorite wheel. No humpbacks had been seen that season until our vessel. She breached 3 times and fin slapped twice. One breach was a full body breach. I’m tearing up just remembering it. It was a bucket list checked! Wonderful!

Such majestic creatures! Very luck based. I took around 4 boat tours and only saw fins. Then yesterday I went to an observatory here in Salinas, Ecuador, and saw about ten breaches near the shoreline.
