Did anyone else have a newborn baby and its mother come to their primary school once a week?

Hi. Yes this was a thing and I think a very good thing to. Developed by Hans Brisch in Germany, B.A.S.E babywatchung UK was at this time offering this service to schools on a charitable basis. I was trained to deliver Babywatching courses in school around 2015, and did this with a few schools in West London alongside other work. There is/was a network of people offering these sessions with volunteer mothers and babies. Occasionally fathers. It was designed help improve empathy in children. Sometimes it was offered to a whole class, and sometimes to groups of selected children thought to benefit.
