Public opinion on Iran 2025 and it's consequences

Does anyone think the lack of public support, particularly among Trump's own base will have any impacts on this war playing out? If so how do you see that interaction playing out?
I'm asking because I'm usually extremely cynical about the mechanations of the military industrial complex, but it just feels like something has to give.

I personally think US Army will never be deployed as support among MAGAs for deployment is low
And in general I think Israel can get the job done there is no need for deployment USA
Listen2Wolff@reddit
Israel has less than 2 weeks of munitions left.
Israelis are desperately trying to escape.
The Israeli economy is destroyed.
There is only one functioning port in Israel. Its oil refining capacity has been destroyed.
What "job" do you think Israel is going to "get done"?
It would be insane to try to have the US Army attack Iran. It would be destroyed.
There's still the possibility of the false flag that will sink the Nimitz as the attack on the Liberty decades ago. MAGA is an emotional crowd. I believe they would swing to support Trump immediately.
We will be lucky if no nukes are deployed.

LOL pure delusion and wishful “thinking” 😂

Well, the 12-day war came to an end so the munitions calculation doesn't count any longer.
A lot of things have changed since the end of June -- except for the continuing genocide.
Will Israel attack Iran again? Lots of folks seem to think before the end of the year.
We can restart the countdown clock then.

From where you getting all that info bro
Israel gets ammo shipments easily
They got rid of hezbollah only reason they going slow on Hamas is because they wanted to stretch the conflict as long as possible
Israel stock market doing fine and their currency have actually gained valued against dollar
Also just visit Azerbaijan sub Reddit they are more than happy to send Israel oil
Listen2Wolff@reddit
Actually Israel has not eliminated Hezbollah.
This article is now about 5 hours old. Reports of the destruction of the Israeli economy started about 2 hours after Israel started its war on Iran about 10 days ago.
The Israeli stock market rallied on Trump's bombing charade. There are dozens of posts here on reddit pointing out that it accomplished nothing. When the market opens on Monday, if it opens, it will be down drastically. It has barely reached levels seen a year ago.
Iran is following the same principles that Russia did in Ukraine, they have stretched their missile launches out. Israel has few if any intercepter missiles left. Iran is now using their more powerful and more accurate missiles. Lockheed only build 750 Patriots a year. Israel is using them much faster than that.
Israel now denies its citizens exit from the country.

You should live in reality
Nothing will happen to Israel
Israel has seen far worse days when 6 Arabs nation attacked Israel together
There are Iranian nationals who fleeing too through Armenia
What’s happening now is nothing compared to what happened to Israel previously in wars
DtownHero17@reddit
Why do they insist on getting America involved then? They know they won't be able to accomplish the overall mission alone. Israel has leaned heavily on US support.
They would rather we die than take this on head-on.
Also, don't speak as if Israel is innocent, they started the war to fulfill a religious prophecy but disguises it in a rouse about nukes.
iL0veLittleGirl@reddit
Current conflict started because of oct 7 attack right
Iranian generals were involved in planning of that attack
If Iran regime gets changed then no other country in that region is sponsoring proxy in Israel
So Israel can have its security
Salazarsims@reddit
No it started because Israel did a premeditated attack on Iran so Netanyahu can keep his immunity from prosecution.
iL0veLittleGirl@reddit
Iran has been funding proxy that attack Israel for a while so Israel attacking Iran makes sense
Same happen in India and Pakistan too recently Pakistan was funding militants in Kashmir So India bombed Pakistan
Salazarsims@reddit
Dyad who the people funding Israel attacks on the Middle East?
iL0veLittleGirl@reddit
Western countries are helping Israel but Israel didn’t attack first
Israel had peace with Egypt Jordan Saudi UAE etc
Recently Syria new president gave Israel permission to use its air space to intercept Iranian missiles
So Israel can have peace with it’s neighbours It’s the militants that causing problems
Salazarsims@reddit
Israel attacked Iran multiple times in the last few years, they attacked an embassy in Syria, assassinated the Hamas negotiator in Tehran (who was negotiating with Israel no less) during Irans presidential inauguration, and now the Friday the 13th preemptive attack on Irans nuclear facilities.
DtownHero17@reddit
This didn't start on October 7th, come on now. This is 60 years of Israelis taking more and more land from Palestinians. You don't give a shit about them.
What about the security of the Middle East to Israeli aggression? I guess they are the only good actors to you? It's not like a portion of their government wants to fulfill a divine prophecy and expand their territory.
Telling the story from only an Israeli perspective is nefarious.
All the West knows is regime change in countries they don't like. The main culprit of endless war. You are mad about them supporting Hamas but happily okay when the West funds rebel groups to do their bidding constantly. The hypocrisy!!!
They are not divine or have moral high ground. Israel has nukes and doesn't even report to IAEA but we're concerned about a country who does report?
When will you recognize your own hypocrisy?
iL0veLittleGirl@reddit
Let’s see Israel was created in 1950 any other conquest happen after 1950?
Indonesia captured island of Papua New Guinea on 1963 and still hold half of the island Papua New Guinea
Turkey captured Northern Cyprus on 1974 and still hold Northern Cyprus
Azerbaijan recently took Nagro Karabakh on 2023 after invading Armenia
See in all these conflicts weaker side decided to cut their losses and make peace
They decided not to go for a never ending war
Palestinian would have made peace too but it’s the outside investors like Iran who keep on funding militants which cause war
DtownHero17@reddit
Weaker side??? They just want equality on the land they occupied before 1950. You are speaking like a colonizer.
iL0veLittleGirl@reddit
So will you ask Indonesia turkey Azerbaijan to give land back too ?
I gave you examples of them capturing land after Israel war formed
DtownHero17@reddit
I said equality, which is not happening. I am not into land grabs anyway. They were gifted land and ended up discriminating against its occupants. Sounds familiar?
I'm not here to discuss the worlds ills. At this moment, Israel started a war and immediately demanded help from US to do it. Which I firmly against! If they want to act under their own volition, so be it, but why would we send our family to fight for Israel? They are bigoted and cry wolf when being the aggressor. We are mad at theocracies but Israel wants to fulfill a prophecy!
No way!!!
iL0veLittleGirl@reddit
I understand what your saying
Equality on their own land while having someone else in power is something that will probably never happen in Middle East
Definitely being a minority in Jewish state is not bad.
But same is true when it comes to other countries in that region too. In pretty much all the Islamic states in that region non Muslims are discriminated
So ye its bad to be a minority in a theocracy
That’s why I think its better if land gets divided Each side will have their own country so they can have self determination and won’t have to live as a minority in someone else rule
kronstadt-sailor@reddit
does it seem to you that they're concerned with public support? who is going to hold them accountable? the international community? the UN, or ICC? it's a 2-Party electoral system and both of those are owned by Neocons.
by what mechanism would they be checked? what do you think "has to give?"
ENORMOUS_HORSECOCK@reddit (OP)
Yes.
kronstadt-sailor@reddit
sorry, apparently I misunderstood your intent.
Listen2Wolff@reddit
What is that "something"? I don't "feel it". I just see death and destruction and the Oligarchy continuing to devour the wealth of America as they cement themselves into their own fiefdoms. Anyone who wants to survive will have to pledge allegiance to that "rich man".
Some will point to the mid-terms as an opportunity to "throw the bums out", but anyone who thinks that way has not been paying attention to the destruction of the American election system which started with Clinton's election.
