It rests on the sand and when you go closer it retreats inside. Some kind of fan worm or a bivalve?

Update: it is an eyelash worm, a kind of tube worm!

Likely a sabellid worm! They build tubes out of sand and mucus and are retract their tentacles when touched

I've seen sabellid worms and usually they look different than this one so I wasn't sure

I'm not familiar with the area but it looks a lot like a burrowing anemone from other underwater footage I've worked on
