ULPT How can I teach a lesson to the irresponsible management company of my apartment building?

Our apartment has been without AC for over a week and the management has honestly been assholes. We have submitted multiple requests for assistance and they say speak to the AC technician whom we have called multiple times and does not respond. It is important to mention we live in south Florida where it’s 90 degrees outside and now 90 degrees inside our apartment. Is there anything we can do? No one is helping us and we’re not getting any where.

According to Florida Statute § 83.51 (2) (a), landlords are responsible for “complying with the requirements of applicable building, housing, and health codes” and “maintaining the roofs, windows, screens, doors, floors, steps, porches, exterior walls, foundations, and all other structural components in good repair and capable of resisting normal forces and loads.”
While the statute does not explicitly mention air conditioning, it is generally considered an essential requirement

Have a tea party for some elders from your local nursing home at your apartment. Heat stress will induce medical emergencies. you call ems. All of the elders families sell your management company for medical or wrongful deaths.
Damn this is the one of the more horrible thoughts i've ever had.

become a HVAC technician and offer to service their system, for a fee.
