No its a german goliath AT mine that can be remote controlled and driven under an enemy tank. The success if this thing actually hitting an enemy is very low bc usually something happens to the wire that connects it to the control by the time it gets to the enemy vehicle. Pic above is a captured example and the guy had an neuron activiation to ride on it like every normal being would when they see a goliath at mine that
Seriously, does anyone make something like this that’s commercially available? I’d be interested in some well laid out plans for a home-build if it wasn’t insanely difficult for a hack with some tools (me) to build in a garage. This would be fun as hell during grouse season.
I found a bunch of DIY tracked vehicle projects and examples. I’m adding them to my “if I win the lottery” list because there’s no way I have that kind of time or space now.
The coolest one was by a guy with a YouTube channel that went by TankCommanderBT, but his domain isn’t active anymore and it seems like his disappeared. Hope he’s okay, he was doing some cool stuff.
I’ve seen a few things called ‘Power Barrows’ in bulding sites that are basically tracked remote controlled mini dumper barrows. You could take the barrow part off and it’d look about the same.
(T-14 Armata is the ill-fated next-generation tank which never left the prototype phase despite being adopted and said to be "on the verge of being put into active service" several times over the years. Something of a meme now.)

If I remember right they wre more intended to take out hardpoints and barricade in urban combat than tank in an open field.

That’s a good idea!

Probably the closest thing? But there are certainly other manufacturers too.
love_glow@reddit
Is this to get around while avoiding anti personnel mines?
L1A1@reddit
Looks like it has rubber tracks, an AP mine would shred them leaving you stranded in a probable minefield.
Standard-Outcome9881@reddit
So where is the “tank”? All I see is a small tracked vehicle…
