Hi my husband and I are looking for a 2nd chance apartment. We make decent money but we do have a foreclosure in credit, it's two years old but it also states it was fully paid off because we sold it before it actually went into force closure and unable to get it removed. Are there any complexes that would be willing to work with us? Even open to private landlord. Looking for a 2 bed 1 Beth 1500-2000 range. Tried searching through second chance website but almost got scammed.
