ULPT Revenge on co-worker

I got this annoying co-worker who is a secretary at a school. In the main office there is a fridge that we use to store our lunch in. Sometimes when you leave something there overnight, like a takeout order from the day before, she’ll just throw it out knowing who it was for and wasn’t abandoned. I truly believe she has so little power and is pissed about working a thankless job, she tries to exert her will and be the kitchen police. I ordered a nice takeout meal the other day and still had a few servings left. The bag had my name on it. The next day I come in and it’s gone. I did t bring any lunch thinking I would have enough for the next few days. It’s not like some people don’t store things in there. She selectively decides what to throw away. I need some good ways to get her back that can’t be tied to me. Please be creative 🍿

just have a conversation with her about your food

Loudly and near her talk about your lunch being taken from the fridge. Tell them you had left your meds in the container because you wanted discretion and didn’t want people to see what you’re taking when they open the fridge. Say the medication is real expensive and that you feel frustrated that someone not only took the food, but your medication as well.
Add in some shaking and extra yawns to really sell it.

Walk over to her and confront her.

Throw away her lunch at 1030am?
I voice her for the cost of the wasted food?
Go to management.

Our receptionist is tasked with tossing shit out of the fridge at the end of day too. Shit smells if left to rot. Condiments don’t count.
Idk besides talking to her I guess you can bringing a brown bag with your name on it. When it’s tossed go off about how she threw your insulin away.

Haha send her a bill for your insulin, see how that goes

Complain to management that your lunches are being stolen. Suggest they implement a date policy where everyone writes not only their name but the date they put it in the fridge, and set a timeline that things only get thrown out after say 3 days from the date written on it. You can always update the date on your stuff. This way there's always a 3 day buffer.

This is the way.

My old office would clear out the refrigerator every Friday afternoon. That seems like a reasonable compromise between letting people store their food and not letting things sit uneaten for days (or weeks).
