Sorry for late reply, yes. The ratchet has been contaminated with water and corrosion. The shop recommended me to buy mavic id360 spare kit.

You mean those few clicks at beginning? Hard to tell but would check that your front chainring is tight. Bosch motors have tendency to have lock nut loosen. They actually changed the spec to be tighter than what is printed on nut. That + loctite seems to work reasonable well

Uhhhh, haven’t heard about Ghost-Bikes? I bet you're just a e-bike rider, not a eMTB rider. So you don’t know nothing about which brand is made in china, America or Germany.
