My boss passed away suddenly. What do I do next?

I was awoken last night at 11:30pm by my CEO telling me my boss had died unexpectedly over the weekend. I've worked with this guy for almost 20 years at this point and I'm obviously a bit distraught. I think most of the technical aspects are covered (backups, logins, etc) since I'm in charge of them anyway. I'm trying to make a checklist of things to do, but I need another set of eyes. Am I missing anything obvious? * Change logins * Secure Email * Secure files * Secure workstation * Secure credit card * Inform Vendors
