Girlfriend lives in a modern (early noughties) residential block of flats. There are three blocks, each with 6 floors, which all face each other over a communal plaza, creating a semi-enclosed open space, kind of akin to a courtyard. Each flat has a small balcony. girlfriend lives on the top floor.

An older couple moved into the block across fairly recently. Last week, partner went to work, while I worked from (her) home. Peered out the living room window to be met by a guy standing completely naked at the balcony. I had to do a double take 'cause it just seemed bizarre. There's no scenic view or anything for him to be standing there, he's just facing the windows of girlfriend's block. I went back to work thinking it was unusual, but fairly trivial. I went back to the window and he was still there (1/2 an hour later) kind or stroking his stomach as he stood, still in the buff.

I completely forgot about it until speaking to my girlfriend at the weekend. She said this guy keeps standing with his cock out every morning, and how it was a bit weird and made her uncomfortable. I understand people can do what they want in their own houses, but there's a few kids that live on the block, and it just seems kind of unnecessary.

What would you do in this situation? Stand naked at your balcony? Open your window and shout over to put some boxers on? Just ignore and accept it? I know it's not a big deal, but suppose it's not something you want to see each day of your life when you want a bit of fresh air or want to people watch.
