Yes, pedaling increases the range on aniiokis significantly. From 80-100 miles on throttle only to \~140 with pedal assist in my experience.

does it have a torque sensor? that might be the saving grace in terms of efficiency. my hub motor sensorless ebike works fine with pedaling its just crazy slower even at top gear

I know, but why buy a dual motor expensive beast like this if you then start riding it limited to 15mph. Atleast the 70ah battery would never die if all it had to do was push this around at 15mph. I know this bike is capable of 45mph.

That's a lovely beast! Enjoy! Here is my beast, I have the cyc x1 pro gen 4 kit installed and a 72v 60amp continuous battery. I have a battery on order that will fit in my frame (72v 90amp molicel p50 battery). She can do over 50mph as it sits right now.
