Just heard of a new and affordable option in Arlington, TX, KGKY. I need to find out the name of facility.
Fellow I spoke with says rentals is low $300’s, MEI also on lower price end. And they have access to an examiner that will schedule very soon after course is completed. CMEL add on would have you rise ready in about a week if you arrive prepped for oral exam.
Aircraft are a Piper Twin Comanche and Diamond twin with the diesel engines.

Did you find out the name? Is it a flight club or a school?

Seconded, did my multi training here in July of 2023. Took 6 days and didn't pay over a dime of what was advertised on their website. Had a great experience with the planes, instructors, and my DPE.
Only thing I'll say is luck definitely plays a factor due to the fun midwest weather, I was lucky to go there during great weather so I had no training delays, but if you go there and the weather sucks it can potentially go from the advertised accelerated timeframe to a potentially 2 week long pain. Not the schools fault obviously, just something you gotta plan for.
