Link at Plano (Downtown) or other apartments

I am looking for an apartment in downtown plano/cityline and found the link at plano to be decently priced, however the reviews on google are bad. I understand that the management recently changed and they are trying to improve but could someone please share your experience living there.
Also any other apartment recommendations? Budget around 2k per month for 2b. Thanks!

Currently a resident and have been for 4 years. Ive really not had major issues with the complex and the 3 (yes, 3) different managements that have been here in that time.
Its alright. Much better than the apartments near UTD and the location is great for all the events the city throws.
Can answer more questions about it if you ask

They wanted to raise my rent $400/month. They said I could transfer units and only have it increase by $50, but then told me they could not let me view the apartment and could not tell me what amenities it would have (carpet or vinyl, granite countertops or laminate countertop, new appliances or old appliances).
Management seemed uninterested in keeping me as a tenant. When I told them I wouldnt sign without seeing the apartment they just responded saying okay, and then waited for me to leave.
I think management there has changed once again, so I cant give the most up-to-date experience on it.
Moved to Junction15 (across the street) and have had an even better experience. Monthly community events, excellent maintenance, responsive management.

I’ve lived at Link since Jan 2024 and i think the new management is trying to improve things but prior to the transition there was a HUGE leak in the hallway that was seemingly patched up, there has been water filling in one of my kitchen lights (scary), my sink was leaking for 3 months before being fixed, and worst off i believe that there is a roach infestation in the walls as they are coming out of electrical outlets.
I’m moving out next month and hoping we can find somewhere to call home soon. also looking for a 2b in the same budget- i’ll come back if i find anything promising!
