Are you an expat who retired in Denmark? Would you share your experience and what it's like for seniors in terms of services, can you get affordable in-home domestic care/support services to "age in place" and not have to go to assisted living facility? What about community engagement to combat loneliness in the elderly? How is the cost of living? I've read the town of Koge is nice, affordable and close to Copenhagen, thoughts? If moving there I would need to learn the language, how forgiving are they with broken beginners Danish? Can I get by with any other languages (English, Spanish, French?)

Do you have the rights to move to Denmark? (they do not have a retirement visa)
If yes, do you also have the rights to access municipality-provided domestic care services as retired? (students from EU countries need to work a set amount of hours/week, to be considered eligible under the EU "Free movement of labor" treaty)
Hiring domestic help isn't really common in Denmark, due to high labor costs and all. So if you're from a country where that is common, like India or Pakistan, you'll probably be disappointing by the level of service.
Getting by with English is super easy, if you're surrounded by 14-year olds. 70-year olds? Not so much.
Close to Copenhagen - the S-train goes every 10 minutes. The trip to the Copenhagen central station is 25-30 mins.

Assuming one could get residency what are these municipality-provided domestic care services?

That depends entirely on, what the municipality believes that you need.
It's just like visiting your GP. You might believe, that you need blood tests to check for imbalances, but if the doctor says you don't, then you'll just have to live without them. Not your decision.
They are the professionals, so they make the decision.
Maybe you'd qualify for housing with wheelchair accessibility... maybe not. Maybe you'd qualify to get on the delivered meals list, maybe not. It all depends on, what the municipality occupational therapist decides.
