Who are those people at the Parliament?

I walked around Kossuth Lajos tér today around 14-15 and there was a small stage with a group of people waving Hungarian flags and a red and white striped flag. They were also wearing shirts that said "Hazafi" but I didn't see any political party name involved or any other information. Does anyone know who they are?

Probably nothing. A few possibilities:

OP is what people usually refer to as "a progressive", and anyone that waves national flags gives them "bad vibes".
OP knew full well who the people were and is only here for internet points / virtue signalling.
OP knew full well who the people are because OP is from one of the surrounding countries so obviously doesn't like people that remember the past.

lmao nah i actually don't judge hungarians for looking into the past because my home country does exactly the same over the Malvinas/Falklands dispute with the UK.

I said I got bad vibes because they immediately clocked me as a foreigner since I was doing a tour in Spanish and I heard them cursing a bit at us in Hungarian, but mainly because they looked exactly how you'd picture a skinhead so...

I ended up asking here because one of the other tourists on my tour asked if they were neo-nazis and I kept wondering about that 🤷🏻‍♂️

I always find this amusing because Hungarians when they arrived here looked something like the Kazakhs or Mongols, so these groups "clocking" anyone as foreigner is kind of inconsistent. Especially with people of European descent.
