Dragon Ball may have been 80s manga, but its cartoon is absolutely a 90s thing. Strange that Dick Dastardly is placed in 90s considering it’s a 60s character that 80s kids would have watched on USA’s Cartoon Express.

A few more could be added to the 80's lineup: Mighty Orbots, Galaxy Rangers, Bionic Six, Spiral Zone, Dino Riders and Cops. To be fair, most of these cartoons lasted around a season despite having a toy line.
