I recall those Dells were everywhere at the office of one of my earlier jobs. They were extremely common.
I remember popping one open, too. Those cases were solid. Easy to open with a button lock. Perfectly good for re-use with modern parts if they could be retro-fitted.
I was fortunate to work corporate IT in those days and had a spectacular Dell rep. All I had to do was email him the service tag and "bad caps" and the next day a new system board and power supply would show up. When I asked him about the power supply, he said, "The bad caps will stress the PS, so I'd rather replace that too." Nice!
The keyboard looks like like a Microsoft 600 (although that's a newer model). The profile of the mouse looks like a Compaq and I definitely know they made them in silver and black.
Optiplex GX260 or GX270. I went to a school in a fairly wealthy area of the USA and they still used those in 2012, lol. They just shoved Windows 7 on them and called it a day.

That’s a sweet setup. Man those old CRTs were massive! 🤓

It looks like a GX280 to me but It could be a 270. They looked the same.

I think there's a good chance it's just the mouse and keyboard that came with the Dell OptiPlex.

I have the keyboard and mouse that came with my optiplex of this era. These are different.

mouse might be Logitech LX5 ?
tough call on the keyboard without a clear pic, looks basic, maybe logitech, microsoft, dell or hp

Its not the lx5, but I don't know what else it could be..

Sticker looks like Pentium 4, but both the GX260 and GX270 had that processor and same case, so I wasn’t able to determine which.
