I actually had a health emergency two weeks ago and I lost 5/6 of my blood volume from internal bleeding due to a pregnancy complication.

As they were working on getting an IV in to put me under for surgery, this song started playing over and over in my head.

We lost our daughter instantly due to the rupture. It was a week before I was scheduled to have a c section.

I've recovered fairly well physically, but I'm still struggling with exhaustion. Mentally and emotionally it is harder. I'm lucky I have two kids at home who need me or I'd be a wreck.

Then, some other random song will come on, and that's what I'll die to. All that set-up and preparation, and the last song I hear is something like the theme to The Price is Right.
