Anyone else think is absolutely EXHAUSTING when transitioning into another IT team? Learning certifications and trying to apply your knowledge rarely happens and the excitement wears off quickly? Dont get me started on getting paid what you're worth and for what you've ALREADY contributed? I've seen co-workers and colleagues leave and come back and get paid what they never received, which made them leave in the first place. Something is broken.
