Improving my NZXT S340 fan setup

Currently I have two NZXT FN V2 140mm fans as the front intake, and the two 120mm fans that come with the case as rear exhausts. I have a Ryzen 5 1600 with the stock Wraith cooler and an R9 380 OC.

Since it's summer and all the temperatures here are around 30°C and the humidity can usually be in the range of 50-60%. My temperatures aren't all that bad, the motherboard tops at around 60°C, the CPU maxes around 65°C and the GPU gets up to 70°C when gaming.

I still need to blow the dust out and everything, I was just wondering what replacement fans would you recommend and how to configure them? Like get two new ones as the intake, and put the two 140mm ones as the exhausts perhaps? I don't know which fans to get, the Noctuas are a bit pricey and ugly... I have a black and white build going on, so the brown and beige won't look good at all. Also will this even help all that much? I'm not keen on dropping 50 € for a 3°C cooler temperatures, I know my fans aren't exactly high end, but they're also not terrible, so how much would an upgrade even improve the temps?

So any fan recommendations? :)
