Laptop stuck in backspace

Hi everyone. Sorry in advance for the long post. I have a Gigabyte G5 KF laptop (12500H & RTX 4060) (2023). I was repasting my CPU & GPU, but I forgot to disconnect the battery first. As I removed the heatsink it touched the ITE chip and a spark formed.
Problem: When I run the laptop, the system is stuck as if it is permanently pressed in back space button. So now I am unable to type anything. I had connected a usb & wireless keyboard and I noticed that keys are registering but being constantly erased. With the built-in keyboard, input is not registered at all. I can’t even turn down brightness, volume or keyboard LED (which should not be affected by backspace glitch), unless I use my mouse.
Attempted solutions: I have attempted to factory reset my laptop, roll back updates and even boot into safe mode. I’ve tried reflashing the BIOS, chipset and Super I/O (FB10) from files available on the official website, with no luck.
I’ve check the motherboard and there is no sign of any burnt components. From what I can gather, I think the spark had wiped the configuration on the chip, now any input from the keyboard is not registered. Can anyone help me please??
