What would be the best cost effective upgrade for 5700X CPU?

Hey everyone, I've been pondering a CPU upgrade for the past few weeks and doing some light research on the different types of upgrades, costs, performance etc. But to be honest I'm genuinely not sure whether an upgrade would be a worthwhile investment, or just to stick with my current build. **My current build is:** GPU: MSI Radeon RX 6750 XT 12GB CPU: 5700X RAM: 2x 16GB DDR4 Mobo: B450M Pro4 Cooler Master 850W Gold Running at 1440P. My main gaming is for RPG's like modded Fallout, Skyrim, Starfield (etc), strategy games such as Total War/Stellaris/Civ & MMOs. I mostly play on a mix of high/medium, but lately I've noticed my FPS drops are quite inconsistent and depending on the game, I'm lowering my settings to fully medium if lower to get a consistent 60+ FPS. At the moment I've heard different things such as getting a 5700x3d for the 3d cache improvement, or an 5800x3d (which are £320 where I live). Or alternatively, to upgrade to a AM5 motherboard and buy a 7800x3d, but this route would be upwards of £650ish overall (mobo, CPU, ram). And I also don't have any plans to upgrade my GPU any time soon... A 5700x3d is roughly £180 give or take, but I'm unsure if the upgrade from my current CPU would see a noticeable improvement? W
