Anyone getting artifacting with freesync after latest driver update?

I updated the drivers to play doom on my 7800xt and now I get some weird sync related artifacts on my screen.

I don’t think it’s a dying/broken GPU cuz when recording you can’t see the artifacts, I can’t see artifacts on non-freesync screens

It started happening lightly when I first updated but now that I have Elden Ring nightreign I artifact like crazy sometimes.

I think I turned free sync off but I’m still getting vertical line type shit when my shit go Crazy?

Should I roll back drivers? Is this just a problem with my shit monitor? I’d try another DP cable but I don’t have one
