31 years old, do I have enough money?

I’m 31, own my home (75% ltv) and have £32k in savings. Annual income is around £70k though I’m currently temping cos my work causes burnout. When working I earn between 5/7k in a month and I don’t pay tax due to a seafarers tax. I’m about to set up a small at home baking business over the summer whilst I temp on the side, and I also have garden renovations to undertake. Some of which I will need to use contractors for.
Basically, am I doing ok? I look around and everyone seems to have a damn lot more than me and I always feel like I’m doggy paddling.
