Trijicon RMR HD on glock with suppressor height sights?

I just bought a trijicon RMR HD for my glock 19 and am wanting to pair it with a set of suppressor height sights. Does anyone know if the trijicon suppressor height sights are tall enough to co-witness with the RMR HD? couldn’t find any information on this online, thanks in advance!
I’m gonna run it on a glock MOS slide adapter if that makes a difference

I can tell you this. I’m currently looking at a Glock47 with an RMR HD with the Ameriglo suppressor height sights and the sights barely peak over optic body.
Chat GPT response:
Glock MOS System with Adapter Plate • The Glock 19 MOS models use adapter plates (e.g., Trijicon RMR plate). • This adds a small amount of height to the optic.
• Result: 🔸 Still lower 1/3 co-witness, but your iron sights may sit slightly lower in the window—still visible, but not as prominent. 🔸 Some users report needing slightly taller front sights depending on the plate thickness and suppressor type.
This response is for the Trijicon GL201-C Sight Heights which I’m guessing is comparable to the ameriglo sights I’m looking at.
Hope this helps
