Not even mods. I've seen people post disallowed stuff on a sub, in one instance an AI image on a sub that doesn't allow them, and seemingly every member came out of the woodwork to complain about a rule being broken and report them to the mods. It was the most active thread on the sub with everybody informing the OP they'd broken a rule even though a hundred people had already done so.
