Anyone know where I can get banana flavoured ice cream in a shopping delivery?

My friends birthday is coming up and she raves about this banana Ice Cream she gets from a place under a bridge in London (would love to know where this is too for future reference as she's a little geographically challenged). I never realised how difficult it is to bloody get. I can get lollies but would really like to send her some Ice Cream.

Very much not under a bridge but Gelupo in soho sell a really good banana gelato that tastes like real banana instead of just flavourings. I think they do London delivery, but you also get a big tub to take away.

I've just had a look on Amazon and they sell pouches of freeze dried banana ice cream that doesn't melt !

If there's any proper ice cream places near you, including Frederick's (might be a northern chain) you can ask for a whole 5ltr tub to buy. They often sell small tubs as well. At least they do near me.

Frederick’s only have shops in Chorley and Wigan, as far as I know! They’ve also majorly cut down the range of flavours they used to have.

There used to be an ice cream shop in the arcade under the OXO Tower, near the Nero. Not sure if it’s still there but they sold loads of different gelato flavours.

Are there any local ice cream places to you or her that might deliver through Deliveroo or Uber Eats?

Also Marshfield's do a Banana flavour and they seem to be doing home deliveries but it might have similarities to banoffee which you mentioned she might not love.

It’s not a bridge per se, but it kind of looks like a bridge. I only ask because I am terrible geographically and also thought this was under a railway bridge after passing through a few years ago

Banana flavour anything is my favourite flavour. Agree it’s difficult to get in most supermarkets

I wonder if you’d give “nice cream” a go? It’s basically just really ripe bananas frozen and blitzed to make ice cream. Unlike other frozen fruit, frozen bananas get really creamy. Dead easy!

I really lament the loss of fruity ice cream flavours in supermarkets. There used to be a decent variety but now it's mostly variations of vanilla, caramel or chocolate with just a few exceptions.

I don't know if it's a false memory but I seem to remember being able to get it pretty easily as a kid and assumed it would be easy to get again.
