How come the majority of Poles in Kosovo & Bosnia voted for the conservative, right-wing candidate for president?

HOW DO WE HAVE POLES HERE I DONT GET IT
Mean_Mortgage5050@reddit
It doesn't affect them who they vote for anyway. The all 3 of them
Defiant-Activity-945@reddit
Probably because they're seeing what the far left brought to the west, that being devastation to the social fabric and the assured path towards authoritarian ends?
NecroVecro@reddit
But the other candidate is nowhere near left and he is against migration too.
Also what are you considering as far left?
Defiant-Activity-945@reddit
There exist multiple factions of the far left, zhe traditional one was the socialists, and the subsequent one is the progressive left and their post-modern extensions. Countries which choose to open their borders to mass quantities of incompatible populations on the belief that all cultures are of equal calibre belong to the far left and their political installations are immensely destructive to society. A simple statement that one is against migration does not translate to policy which facilitates the truth to words.
leoskini@reddit
Yeah polish people in Kosovo spend a lot of time thinking about college campus communists in barcelona
Defiant-Activity-945@reddit
Globalist leftist progressives, not communists.
Dimo145@reddit
brother I believe, you can do better than repeating whatever type of turds you see on Twitter.
HappyAd6201@reddit
It’s a 30 day old account from Croatia, I’m afraid that he can’t do better than that
Defiant-Activity-945@reddit
Your insne deflection do not minimize the effect of the globalists left and the European people's democratic will to depose them from power.
HappyAd6201@reddit
Why do you keep typing ? Like really ?
leoskini@reddit
what about autonomist social-democratic georgists
HarisCapo@reddit
The only valid reason. If the left had Polamd it would be full of migrants instead of shooting them at the border. Big W for poland
Defiant-Activity-945@reddit
This is the standard understanding of anybody with normal testosterone levels and a functioning pre-frontal cortex. Which of course are prerequisites that must be missing for anyone on the progressive left.
BabylonianWeeb@reddit
Both candidates are conservatives
2024-2025@reddit
It’s such a small number of people so it’s most likely just random coincidence that some right wing poles ended up there.
Zealousideal-Put1250@reddit
All 3 of them voted.
BardhyliX@reddit
There's maybe 300 Polish people in Kosovo
EdoValhalla77@reddit
There are Poles in Kosovo and Bosnia?
mmmlan@reddit
exactly 275 or something like that voted in this elections in Kosovo so…
DardanianGOD@reddit
Of course. They too want their own municipality associations like serbs.
AccordingToe2485@reddit

Every street corner I see a pole holding a sign
soymilo_@reddit
It's always those not even living in the country. Same with turkey
0xPianist@reddit
Both candidates were back by conservative right wing. The one that marginally won was just a bit more
AccordingToe2485@reddit
I didn’t know that we have Poles in Kosovo. Sure a lot of Albanian Men who worked in Poland are married to Polish women and live here, but i never heard of them being actively engaged.
samodamalo@reddit
I think the polish commies gave many a bad aftertaste, hence the country is today pretty religious but also very modernized with their rightwing parties. This gives them a sense of identity and feeling of being part of globalism probably.
I mean look how many in the Balkans wanted to join the EU for years. It's both for financial reasons but also because they want development, stability, sense of contribution etc.
Sekwan2000@reddit
The whole 4 of them : p
leoskini@reddit
All 3 of them
MaintenanceReady2533@reddit
They are all military and the military is usually conservative
EdliA@reddit
It was probably just one guy
Successful-Map-9331@reddit
I’m sure those were deciding votes - the Polish diaspora in BiH and Kosovo 🧠.
