Need recommendations for infant sitter or part time nanny

Partner and I currently have a 6 month old. Both of us parents have now returned to work so the little bubbs currently attends daycare (which we are also not sure that we are fully loving due to org changes between when we signed up versus current day).
Back at work and realizing they are potential gaps in where we need help with caring for bubbs (currently one of us does drop off while the other does pickup but if one of us has to travel for work, need a backup plan). We are transplants and do not have the family safety net/child care help if needed.
Looking for someone who would be okay coming to the house to be with bubbs plus would love to start building a relationship with a trusted sitter. (Live near Coit and Legacy.) Note: we do have a dog & not sure if that changes any services.
Looking for any recommendations on infant help. Or will also take recs if you have any infant daycares you absolutely love.

If you need a longer window then there is alpha Montessori in Plano. Check if they have a slot.
Their longer window is 7:30 am to 6 pm

Every single daycare is nationalized and private equity now. From the minute we started we had all these services in writing and monthly a new head is brought in and teachers leave and all the benefits went away but pay went up.
Stay far away from Kinderkare. Its essentially the AFT Union equivalent of daycares. Also, they run a little scam where they have higher end facilities listed under different names/schools for who they consider VIP so they send all the good teachers there. KK is the dumping ground for the government assistance and free program and they treat it accordingly. Your milk, snacks and diapers would become the community property while you child comes home in Great Value brand

My wife is interested but she doesn't have reddit. Can you DM me to see other ways to reach out to you and talk about details?

TLC in Plano is great and so are the primrose locations in that area as well. A little on the pricey side yes but worth the quality care imo.

I would say Everbrook Academy. My daughter went there when it was called something else but it was a really great facility and is at Legacy and Independence.

Thank you - it was in our top 3 and keep seeing positives and thinking we should pivot our current choice
