Looking for a property surveyor (level 3)

Just bought a house and looking to get a level 3 survey done on it as it is from 1937. Any recommendations for good, local surveyors? Independent/small-ish businesses wanted! Thanks!

We just used Nick Baker from JDM Property. He is in the RICS, and even when we hired him for a snagging survey on a new build, he was extremely helpful and clarified loads of things for us (FTB) which were out of “scope”.
The report and service he gave us was totally worth it.
