At least five people were injured and witnesses said the suspect threw Molotov cocktails that burned some or all of the victims, who were part of a march for Israeli hostages. The FBI called it a targeted terrorist attack but Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn said that it was too early in the investigation to make that determination.
