Purple non-permament artifacts on scrolling chats.

PC.-
CPU-Ryzen 5 7600
Ram- 32 GB
MB- Gigabyte A629M H
GPU - Radeon RX 7700 XT
Monitors - 1 HDMI 75hz 27" main monitor and 1 HDMI 60hz 23" secundary monitor.
Just build it a couple months ago, all pieces are completely new.
Issues.-
Like 3 weeks ago i started having an issue where while streaming the chat on my stream would show some purple artifacts over the letters or icons of the chatters. These artifacts dissapear if the chat keeps scrolling or if i float the mouse over them.

I started to notice the issue also on twitch streams or sometimes on reddit when writting a new post or a reply.

As you can see on the video the artifacts appear on the screen when hovering over the chat in certain areas but dissapear almost immediatly.
I havent noticed this issue in games or on the video/streams themselves. The artifacts can appear on both monitors.
What i have tried.-
At first i thought the GPU may be overheating, due to a combination of what i feel is likely not enough ventilation on the case (it only has 1 intake fan on the front and 1 outake fan on the top) and i live on a really hot place (40c or 104f on summer). I decided to open the case and aim a external fan into the computer, which has lower considerably the gpu temperatures while gaming froom 80c to 55c-60c. This has increased my fps stability while playing games like Helldivers 2, but it hasnt fixed the artifacts appearing on chats.
I tried running some benchmarks like Superposition benchmark to see if it would cause artifacts to appear or straight up crash the pc. But no, my gpu held during the benchmark with a stable temperature of 56c, 220w and 100% gpu usage, with an average of 81fps on the 4K test and 64fps on the 1080p Extreme test (no idea why the gpu did better on 4K than 1080). Artifacts didnt appear during the benchmark.
I used the AMD Cleanup Utility on safe mode to delete the drivers and then did a fresh reinstallation of them. The artifacts still appear.
So yeah, this probably means that somehow the new gpu i bought 2 months ago is probably damaged in someway, which is honestly brutal cause i dont have the money to buy another gpu.
Is there anything else i can try to fix the issue or maybe prolong the life of my gpu?

Try a new displayport cable
Only in a browser probably means it's something with the browser though

Thank you for replying!
Both monitors use HDMI cables only (well, the smaller monitor also has a VGA port but the GPU doesnt have VGA lol), no DP unfortunatelly.
If changing to Firefox and doing DDU doesnt fix the issue i will try getting new HDMI cables.
Thank you!

If it's not happening in games and only in your browser (especially if it's chrome), it's probably an issue with the browser itself or your GPU drivers and not a problem with the GPU itself.
Try running Firefox and see if the same thing happens to rule out an issue if you're running Chrome.
Try using DDU to wipe the GPU drivers completely and reinstall the latest.

I'll give firefox a spin during the day and i'll report back!
I didnt use DDU but is my understanding that the AMD Clean Up Utility does the same thing (completely deletes the drivers on the pc on safe mode so you can reinstall them) but i will give it a shot!
Thank you!
