Has anyone built a "submerged in oil" pc?

I want to build a compact, relatively low-power pc in a transparent acrylic case... Completely submerged in mineral oil. I'm thinking an i3, an SSD, and maybe 4-8 gigs of RAM... No moving parts... Are there cases made specifically for this or would I be rigging something together out of aquarium panels and silicone?

Holy shit, could some1 explain to me how a pc can still operative while being submerged in oil?
Ellipses1 said he wanted to use an aquarium, so this means he will submerge his pc into a tub of water full of fish etc?
Sorry if these questions sound dumb but im both dumbfounded and retarded when it comes to pc builds.

submerged in oil, not water. oil is not electrically conductive so no harm to the components. Suggested to use an aquarium cause it's water tight, you don't want the oil leaking anywhere.

But the fish will die in oil wont they?
