Running out of system memory, try increasing page file size

Specs- 32GB DDR5 6000 CL30 RAM
33GB Page file size

I encounter this crash while gaming (GOW Ragnarok) once after a PC restart, then doesn't crash again till i restart again. No way am i really running out of 32GB of ram right?

Check what's actually utilizing that RAM. I doubt it's GoW, unless you've discovered a new memory leak.

How to do that? The ram jumps back to like 5GB as the crash happens

You can use a program like RAMMap to see a breakdown of your RAM usage.
I would also do a scan with MalwareBytes, personally. There's just no way GoW is using 27GB of RAM. Something else is going on.
