Gpu recommendation?

I’m building my first pc and I’m going with a budget build for casual gaming with mods (Fortnite , battlefront , sims, Minecraft, maybe COD)
I would like to get the 9060xt 16gb when it releases but I don’t want to get my hopes up. What other gpus would you recommend for this build? I’ll list the specs below. Thanks everyone!
Intel Core i5-12400F 2.5 GHz 6-Core Processor
ASRock B660M Pro RS Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard
Silicon Power XPOWER Turbine 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Silicon Power A60 1 TB M.2-2280 PCle 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Montech APX 650 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
Total budget is about $800.

Consider buying a used gpu, maybe a 2080 ti, you can get them for under $300, or even a 3080 which you can sometimes find in the $350 range

That’s a good deal

buy a 5060 ti or a rx 9700xt

Don't get a DDR4 LGA 1700 mobo. And dont get that ssd when the mp44l 1tb is $3 more for a great gen 4 drive.

The biggest factor is what resolution you want to run. 1080, 1440, and 4K will have different recommendations

As others have mentioned, you can look at the used marked for higher end cards from prior generations. If rumors on pricing are true for the 9060XT, and you can get the 16gb version for close to MSRP, absolutely do go for it.
Depending on price/availability, you may also consider RX 7700-7800XT models. It's been pretty rough this past year. Finally pulled the trigger on a 9070XT for myself a few weeks ago.

I had a GTX 1070 around the time it came out, then got a Radeon 6800 around the time it came out so I could play Cyberpunk better. Finally upgraded to a 9070XT last week and omg it's so nice
