Hello, is Thermalright peerless assassin mini enough for 14600k ?

14600k is only a 125 watt CPU, so should be fine.
If the full sized phantom spirit fits, get that instead for around the same price instead, especially if you want to do any overclocking.

I love the "is only a 125 watt CPU", LOL so is a 14900K... thats not even remotely close to being fun to cool.

If you're only talking TDP, then yes, they're all the same on paper, but, 14600k draws around 175 watts max on an all core load. 14900k is closer to 280. Not comparable.
A big air heatsink would be fine with a 14600k, especially for gaming, which isn't going to max out all cores.

Yeah, but doesn't that just prove my point, theres no purpose in ever making the statement you did about a 125w TDP CPU being easy to cool, not to mention a 14900k will very happily have no issues exceeding 280w given the chance.
If you read into TDP, it doesnt actually take very long to realise that what Intel considers TDP vs what AMD considers TDP vs what every cooler manufacturers considers worthy of a TDP rating vs Noctua who won't even refer to it as TDP, it kinda becomes a bit of a pointless rating to make any any kind of decisions based off it.
I get what your saying but what i do agree with more, is how many actual heat producing watts the CPU is able to pull, that seems to be the only real close enough way that makes the most sense, from that angle, I agree cooler size will matter much more for 280w+ vs 175w.

My point was that a dual tower air cooler would be fine for a 14600k, which is certainly true.
I agree that TDP alone is not ideal for determining which CPU cooler will work best.
Instead of "LOLing" at my comment, explaining your reasoning would've been a much more constructive comment, less hurtful to me and actually helpful to OP.

Unfortunately TDP is a bullshit measurement
A 14900k draws 300w and is a bitch to cool. You need a 360mm AIO minimum.

I already have this peerless mini cooler and if its possible i want to save from new cooler. Thank you for answer.

Should be fine, then. Just keep an eye on temps.
