Get a WiFi usb stick. You dont need a card

Just dont get the cheapest one and youll be fine. Im using a tp-link usb adapter for about $20 and it has great signal + I get about 800mbit/s when connecting to a 5G network. Latency is 16ms compared to 12ms wired.

Asus has very good usb wifi, for wifi 5, 6 or 7, i have a asus usb ac58 and cant complain
With usb you can put the card with the antennas somewhere on your desk or else in the room for good reception.
