Black screen after PC upgrade

Hi,
I did just upgrade my CPU, GPU and SSD drive. When I turn on the computer there is light in everything but the DRAM light on the motherboard is turned on and my PC just show black screen when I turn it on.
I have tried below solutions but nothing seems to work.
Clear CMOS: I did follow the instruction from the motherboard manual. Did it two times first time there was no light in my RGB ram but after reset there was light in the ram, so it know 100% they are working and they did work 100% fine in my old PC setup.
Reset BIOS/UEFI Settings: I have done it two times, followed the instruction from this video. He is using the same motherboard and there was no issues doing this. It is blinking green light until it is installed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frQApIktgyM
Installed windows 11 on a USB stick: I have installed Windows 11 on a fresh USB stick, followed the guide on Microsoft website. When I plug it in the computer and turn it on so it can boot into Windows 11 because it is a fresh SS drive nothing is happing.

Assuming everything is connected and installed properly (make sure all plugs are seated properly), how long did you give the pc on the black acreen? ddr5 can take anywhere from 2 - 10 minutes on memory training for the first time boot. Let it sit for at least that long before assuming stuff is broken.

I just let the pc run for 2 hours nothing is happing.

So i made the assumption the motherboard doesnt post into bios. Can you enter bios?
Did you remove the ram when changing cpu's? If not Do you still have the old cpu?
Could try placing the old cpu back and checking if it works then, in that case rma the cpu.
If you did take out the ram try the following. If youre confident replacing ram, try the following anyway.
Have you checked the ram sticks 1 at a time? After the cmos clear? Test them in In the 2nd ram slot from the left. Make sure it's seated properly and it fully clicks. Also make sure theyre positioned correctly, you cannot flip them upside down or they wont seat properly and it can require a bit more force than expected, but dont break the board trying to put them in.

No the motherboard did not post into bios and I cannot enter bios.
I did use my old setup/ computer this morning and it was working fine. I did pick up my new parts AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Asus TUF RX 9070 XT and Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 installed it and it just show black screen.
There is RGB light in the RAM and they light up and working. Have also tried with only one RAM stick and it still light up let it run for 1 hour but nothing happen.
I had the same issue when I did my original build with this motherboard two years ago. But I dont remember what I did to fix it. Only thing I remember I did let the computer run for two hours and studently it did work.

On the list of obvious things: is your monitor plugged into the gpu?
Did you turn off the pc and let the power drain vefore tinkering with it? Always make sure thats the case when changing any components.
Also: your mobo wouldnt support the 9800x3d with the original bios. Did you update it yet or are you flashing back to the old bios?
Sadly the ram rgb working does not mean the ramsticks are 100% fine, it just means they receive power and the leds still work.
Trying with 1 ram in 2nd slot can sometimes fix training issues.
Can also try without the gpu connected, make sure its fully removed from the pcie and remove the power connectors.

Yes, I have tried with two monitors and with DP and HDMI.
Yes, I did follow the video turn off the power and unplug the PSU before i did clear the CMOS.
Ram stick is working fine this morning with my old CPU and GPU, they should not be the issue.
I have just tried to update BIOS again with a USB stick followed the guide on ASUS website. This time only with one ram stick in the second slot and did leave it in for 1 hour but nothing help.

An extra reply, since i'm not actually sure if you'll get an update if I just edited the previous response, but I added more troubleshooting options and steps you can try.
Hope it helps.

Did you try without the gpu? The 9800x3d has an integrated gpu and your mobo supports itz will let you see if the gpu is interfering with anything.
Did you make sure to connect all cables as well? Including for the fan headers?
Otherwise the only thing i can think of trying your old cpu.
Hopefully that helps.
