For people who learned how to drive in a foreign country then had to learn again how to drive in the UK how difficult was it ?

I drove for 7 years in Saudi and it took me a long time to break the bad habits of driving there to learn how to drive in London. I failed once.

I did it the other way round - UK to Portugal and it took no time at all. Roundabouts can be fun the first few times and pulling on to major roads can be a bit different but it's just adapting to local conditions - London driving is different to driving in rural Cornwall to some extent.

I'm from the continent and also lived in the Middle East - driving here is a piece of cake vs those parts of the world. There are some elements that screw my mind - mostly how people drive on the motorway - but still very smooth in the UK.
