Academy sports is selling the A17 for under 300. Only available to be picked up at an academy. Good deal for someone wanting a cheap .17

I have the bolt version.
The trigger is phenomenal and I can shoot 1MOA all day with a factory rimfire.
I even once dropped a coyote with it, at about 45 yards

I don't own any, but my dad has a a bunch of Savage rimfires, including this model, and they are all very accurate guns. Shoot on par with my CZs.
