A little soupy and you smacked those hard-boiled eggs around like they owed you money, but not seeing a problem with some spicy noodles and eggs. It's a decent lunch in these trying economic times.

I've added some soy sauce marinated hard-boiled eggs before that work even if slightly over done, this just makes me think someone got drunk and violently stirred things in the bowl with a fork
