Anytime someone says something about a condo, I still say "made of stone-a". I'll probably stop saying that the first time someone actually knows what I'm taking about, lol.
A lot of GenX won't even remember this. I'm on the older end and was in elementary school when it was popular.
I do have to admit a strong fondness for his book *Cruel Shoes*.
Vaguely remember it. Didn’t understand it then. Don’t understand it now. It’s a 3 minute bit that went 60 seconds too long.

Not much to understand. There was a big King Tut exhibit that travelled across the US from 76 to 79. It was a cultural phenomenon at the time. SNL did this bit about it cashing in on the hype.
Me too. Also went to the live show at Universal amphitheatre before the roof. Also saw Tut exhibit @ LACMA. I consider myself quite lucky. Grew up in LA in the 70 - 00s.
