Been sniffing around for decent 00 Buck ammo, this appears to be the cheapest CPR out the door ive seen. Unless y'all could point me in the right direction so I can bring my avg cpr down.

Run an ammoseek search for "buck" and F/CF shipping. You can get this S&B for cheaper. At this price, I would go with the Nobel Sport 00 or even Winchester Valor.

I shot a box of that through my A300UP and man, that stuff kicks. The box says it's only like 1290fps, but that stuff kicks like a decently hot slug does. Maybe it was just that box (I still have another box I haven't shot yet), but yeah, it seems hotter than 1290fps.

Nobel Sport is always SUPER hot IME. I get the low recoil stuff (9-pellet 1200fps) and it handles more like a regular full-power load. That 1290 load is also 12-pellet I think. So its essentially a 3-inch load.

That's right. I forgot it was a 12 pellet load. I haven't tried their low power stuff, just the 12 pellet so far. I didn't even pay attention to how it patterned because I was just so surprised at the recoil it had.

I definitely did that. Seems odd, but I try avoiding the $200 min threshold that a lot of sites have for free ship, and most of them charge me tax, so i’d be looking at an extra $55ish dollars to save maybe a cent or two per round. Paying the straight up cost as advertised is refreshing, and i’d like to support retailers that practice that.

Yeah no tax + free ship for a single case is a plus if you look at it that way. I just buy two cases if there's a minimum for free shipping though, especially if its stuff I know works good in my guns.

Idk, not in my experience. I figure if it can run in a cheap Chinese Saiga clone it'll run in anything. Halfway through a case and not a single hiccup so far

This stuff is OK. I shot 10 boxes of it out of an 870 and a SL5. I wasn't impressed with the patterning out at 15-20 yards with both and the roll crimp makes it slightly longer than folded crimp shells. That extra length might affect capacity, depending on your shotty.

Is this stuff good for cheap semi-auto shotguns that need hot ammo for breakins? So far, only Black Aces Tactical has worked right for me at 1150 fps, but that stuff is like $20-30 more for 250.

It should work, SB claims it is 1214fps. Not a full hunting load but more than a low recoil buckshot round.

Check ammoseek for deals. Lots under 50cpr. If you check under 60cpr, you'll have many options.
