Mine was actually Feb 2019, I'm about 99% sure of it and I did not get food poisoning, but I did total my car. I hadn't eaten all day, it was 4 pm, I had some BK in the car and was going on another errand in a city so I couldn't just park in a random lot, had to find a spot and parallel park. Anyways, I was waiting at a stop sign which felt like forever, to turn left. Traffic was coming from the right nonstop to the point where, when it stopped, I didn't even look left on pulling out and hit this guy and destroyed his rear axle. Everyone was ok as I was going slow and he just spun around once.

I wouldn't say that totaling my car caused me to stop going there, more like they are a lot like every other fast food place and I feel like they screw up your food more than anywhere else.
