Will Flat Drive Tire Skew Weight?

So this morning I discover that my outside passenger tire on the back drive axle is flat during pretrip. I've been fighting the load distribution on my current load. Would a flat drive tire result in more weight on the trailer axles?

The weight is exactly the same except there's more on each of the other three tires than there would be otherwise. Lots of scales can tell now and will pull you in

What suspension? Mathematically it should only matter in the exact weight per tire position (and obviously the tire itself) but won’t shift weight to steers or trailer.
